What’s the difference between bespoke and personalised stationery?

Our bespoke service are for designs that are created from scratch, especially and uniquely for you. You can either provide us with a brief and inspirational visuals of what you would like, or you can leave it to us entirely, we'll meet with you and have a chat about your love story and take it from there. Personalised designs are from our ready-made collections which we personalise with your details and colour choices especially for your day.

How much will my stationery cost?

Our online shop is currently being designed so in the meantime please email or call us to request a quote. Our bespoke projects are quoted for on an individual basis, based on personalised collection pricing plus a bespoke design fee. We will always provide a total cost for your order before we begin the design process. All costs include PDF electronic proofs, digital printing and delivery to one UK address. Please note that there is no VAT to pay. 

What are the shipping costs?

We provide FREE shipping to one UK address. If you are in Ireland there'll be a small p&p charge for orders over £40.

How do I place my Bespoke order?

Please get in touch to discuss your bespoke project. Once you decide to proceed with the design we will provide an invoice which must be paid in full before work can commence.


How long will the design and printing take?

Timescales for different orders will vary and we will agree deadlines with you before work begins. Usually we would allow 2-3 weeks for personalised designs and 4-6 weeks for bespoke projects, depending on the complexity of the project.

I need something sooner, can you help?

Please get in touch to discuss your timescales. We have an express service and we will always do our best to accommodate quick turn arounds wherever possible.

Can you arrange the printing?

Yes! Our standard printing is done digitally, but we can also provide other printing methods such as letterpress and the use of special ink finishes such as metallic and spot gloss.

What will the quality of my stationery be like?

Our designs are printed onto beautiful, high quality paper stocks.
Our core range consists of: 

– Gesso: A fine Italian paper, with a 'hammered' texture.

Laid; A deluxe, tactile paper with fine-lined texture on both sides.

– Uncoated; A soft finish with a tactile quality.

– Kraft; An earthy, latte-coloured paper that transforms designs with a vintage edge.


Will I get a printed proof?

Prices include digital proofs as standard which are emailed to you. If you would like to see a printed, hard copy proof you can purchase one as an add on to your order.


I’d like extra items to match my personalised designs.

We can design any stationery item you require, please just ask!

When should I send out invitations?

If you are sendind a save the date we'd recommend the invitations are issued 3-4 months before, if you haven't issued a save the date you should aim for about 6-8 months.  For destination weddings where the majority of guests are going to have to book flights and accommodation we would always suggest that you send a save the date at least 12 months in advance, preferably with some information so that they can start to research transport and accommodation in the area.

Can you help us with the stationery wording?

Of course, we'd be happy to help and advise!

Should I send a save the date?

They can be a really good way of ensuring that all of the people you want to have celebrating with you will be there. Particularly for weddings during the peak periods such as summer and school/bank holidays, the more notice you can give guests the better.

Do you design stationery for events other than weddings?

Absolutely! Whatever the event or celebration we'd be delighted to hear from you.

I’ve changed my mind, can I get a refund?

We’re sorry but once your order has been placed we are unable to provide a refund.

My order has arrived damaged, what should I do now?

This very rarely happens but if it does please contact us within 10 days of receiving the order and we’ll discuss how best to make it right.

My order hasn’t arrived, what should I do?

If you have already received an email from us and your stationery hasn’t arrived when you expected it to please get in touch and we’ll track it for you.

There’s a mistake in the text of my design.

We ask that you check your design proofs VERY carefully before signing them off by email and providing us permission to send them to print. Once they go to print NO further amends can be made. If you do find a mistake that you missed, please contact us immediately and we will discuss reprinting, unfortunately we will need to charge for this.

I only need a small number of invitations can you help?

You’ll get best value for money by ordering 50 or more of each item but we know some couples will be planning smaller weddings so we offer smaller amounts of 25 and 35 at special prices for our most popular items.
